- Provide us your existing diagnosis information from your Dentist along with the copies of your Dental Records (e.g. X-rays, intraoral scans, test results), we will review and respond you with an Estimate and detailed treatment plan.
- Since it’s highly important that trustful relationships between you and our dentists are established, we will answer all your questions before you come to Kenya. We will agree to give you clear information, including the advantages and disadvantages, and the total cost of your desired treatment plan. With your agreement, the treatment journey will start.

Visa Requirements for Visitors to Kenya
All visitors including infants and children who intend to travel to the Republic of Kenya must have an approved Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) before the start of their journey.
- Valid Passport: Ensure it has at least six months of validity remaining and a blank page.
- Passport-size Photograph: A recent photo is required.
- Proof of Accommodation: Documentation of where you’ll be staying.
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Card: Proof of vaccination is necessary.
- Flight Itinerary: A copy of your travel plans. Return ticket copy.
- Payment Method: Credit/Debit Card
Application Process
- Complete the application form either online or at the embassy.
- Pay the necessary visa fee.
Additional Documents: Depending on your visit’s purpose, you may need:
- A letter of invitation – Summit Dental Care will provide you with a letter.
- Proof of financial means.
Important Note:
- Always check the Kenyan Embassy or Consulate website for the most current and specific requirements related to your nationality and visa type.
- Generally, foreign citizens must obtain an eVisa via Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA).
- Processing time is typically three (3) working days, but it may take longer in some cases.
Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA)
As of January 2024, Kenya is a visa-free country for all foreign nationals, but visitors must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before traveling, unless exempt. Please check here if your country is in the list of eTA exempt foreign nationals.
Citizens of East African Community (EAC) states (Burundi, DRC, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda) are exempt from both visas and eTA.
Key Exemptions and Requirements:
- eTA-Exempt (No Visa, No eTA): Citizens of EAC Partner States.
- eTA-Exempt (Transit): Passengers in transit staying within the airport, and cruise ship passengers not leaving the ship.
- eTA-Exempt (Status): Holders of valid Kenya permanent residence, work permits, or passes.
- General Travelers (eTA Required): All other international visitors must apply for an eTA online at www.etakenya.go.ke at least 72 hours before travel.
- Valid Stay: The eTA generally allows for stays of up to 90 days for tourism or business.
Note: The list of exemptions is subįect to change, and travelers should verify their status via the official eTA Kenya website.
