Dr. Martin Ajujo
Dr. Martin is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, who holds a Bachelors degree in Medicine & Surgery and also a Masters of Medicine degree in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery from the University of Nairobi. He is A SHARE Global Fellow of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).
He is the founder and managing director of AJ Plastic Surgery Center; a niche set up in the field of Plastic surgery. Dr. Martin is a pioneer in use of cell-based therapy in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery in Kenya and well published in the field of Plastic surgery. He was also part of the surgical team at the Kenyatta National Hospital when separation of twins and replantations of the hand, leg and penis were successfully performed in landmark surgeries.
His experience spans more than 12 years cutting across the private and public sectors. In addition, he serves as the Secretary of Wound Care Society of Kenya, a trainer of trainers with the Primary Trauma Care (UK) and a member of Kenya Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons Medical Association.
